Jennifer Droguett Espinosa (@jennifer_droguett) is the founder of Anciela, a London-based conscious womenswear label that celebrates South American folklore and experimental tailoring. ANCIELA is the culmination of the Latin folklore, craft and rich experiences of a childhood combined with an outsider’s perspective gained from leaving the homeland and living in London.
Anna Woods (@annawoodscoahing) spent 20+ years in retail, working her way from the shop floor to the boardroom. In 2020 she left her role as buying and design director to start her coaching practice and set up her resale brand, Positive Retail. Both ventures use her experience and heart to create supportive, inspiring, bright futures for leaders and businesses. A decade into her career she found myself completely preoccupied with how we behave at work and why. She qualified as a counsellor, which led her to a Masters in leadership, to her executive coaching and then to LSE’s leadership and change course.
