In Episode 3 (the final of this season) of The Wearapy Show, we meet Glow – a model and presenter with style that’s always been bold, unapologetic, and full of flair. But behind the bright colours and standout pieces was a deeper story.
Growing up in a challenging home environment, Glow used his wardrobe as a shield — leaning into femininity as an act of rebellion and self-expression. But over time, that armor became a uniform, and he began to lose connection with a more masculine, minimal, and grounded side of himself.
Now, with a new chapter of life ahead, Glow wanted to explore how style can reflect quiet power – and how minimalism, structure, and simplicity can be just as expressive as loud colours and prints.

As a 6’7” man, shopping hasn’t always been easy for Glow. Finding clothes that fit, and that feel good emotionally and physically, has been a constant challenge. That’s why this makeover was about showing him how the right tailoring, layering, and details could bring balance back to his wardrobe.
Fashion Psychologist Shakaila Forbes-Bell helped Glow build intentional outfits that:
- Introduced androgynous layering without overwhelming his frame
- Leaned into quiet luxury aesthetics that still felt individual
- Used structured pieces to reintroduce a subtle masculine edge
- Created a sense of confidence without chaos
Glow was stunned by how different – and right – he felt.
It's out of my comfort zone - but I like it
