Art Hearts Fashion made a stunning return to New York Fashion Week (NYFW), championing inclusivity and creativity. From February 6-9, 2025, The Angel Orensanz Foundation transformed into a lively showcase of diverse designers, remarkable talent, and rich cultural influences, further solidifying Art Hearts Fashion’s influence in the industry.

This season, the events featured a dynamic mix of both established and emerging designers from all around the US.

Cross Colours

The use of bright colours such as orange, yellow and green isn’t just visually striking—it psychologically triggers feelings of energy, confidence, and optimism. These colours also have deep connections to African heritage, creating a sense of pride, self-affirmation, and cultural expression which reinforces identity and belonging.

Frills have long been associated with playfulness and extravagance, appealing to emotions of nostalgia and fantasy. Dressing in outfits that provide a break from the chaos of daily life can help you momentarily set aside stress and responsibilities. Bold and unconventional fashion serves as a form of “wearapy,” offering a sense of escape by incorporating a playful, tension-relieving element into self-expression.

Wearing gold carries strong psychological associations with luxury, confidence, and self-expression. Gems have long been linked to wealth and power, as they were historically reserved for royalty, nobility, and religious leaders. Today, they continue to evoke prestige and high status, making the wearer appear more glamorous and influential.

By backing such diverse and emerging talent, Art Hearts Fashion is shaping a more representative, forward-thinking, and socially conscious fashion industry.
